By accessing and using the Brick Watcher service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Data Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Brick Watcher provides users with the ability to interact with a virtual brick, including paying to rename it, change its color, or become its lord for a limited period.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to promptly update your information if it changes.

All payments for brick interactions are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Payments are non-refundable once the associated action has been applied to the brick.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Brick Watcher and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users do not gain ownership rights to the virtual brick, but merely temporary interaction privileges.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Brick Watcher, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
